Unique Health Care Solutions assists clients at your location with medical and non-medical services so that you can stay in the comfortable surroundings of your own home. 

Registered and licensed nurses come to you for services such as IV Care, Wound Care, Monitoring Vitals and Infusion Therapy, Pain Management, Medication Management, Cardiac and Pulmonary Care, Wound Care, Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care.

Licensed Therapists offer all types of therapy sessions including Physical Therapy, balance and gait training, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Lymphedema Therapy and Post-operative Rehabilitation.

Certified medical assistants and home health aides are available to assist with personal care, such as bathing and dressing, plus other homemaking services like cooking and serving meals, so that the family does not have to shoulder all the burden of care taking.  All types of services are available to allow families to continue their normal parent/child relationships.

Care is provided by skilled RNs or LPNs under the supervision of a physician to persons recovering from an acute illness or having a chronic illness. Services provided can include assessment of vital signs and all body systems, medication teaching, nutritional status assessment and teaching, wound care and coordination of other disciplines involved with client’s care.

Physical Therapy

Utilizes rehabilitative techniques of exercise, gait training and other therapeutic measures to restore the highest functional level of strength, range of motion and mobility.

Occupational Therapy

Utilizes rehabilitative techniques of exercise, splinting, and assistive devices to increase the client’s ability to carry out normal day-to-day activities such as feeding, dressing, grooming and performing household tasks.


Provides individually designed treatment plans for clients requiring assistance with verbal communication and treatment of dysphagia (difficulty swallowing) due to head injury, stroke or laryngectomy, and voice disorders.

Home Health Aide

Provides home health aide services under the supervision of a nurse to help support and maintain functioning of clients in their own homes. Duties include personal care, meal preparation, exercise and light housekeeping.

Medical Social Worker

Provides access to community resources to assist the client to remain at home safely. Assists with financial concern issues, provides emotional support and counseling as necessary.
